How can I cancel a Location Request?

If you wish to cancel a pending Location Request, fill out the following form, found here. All requested information is required in order to cancel a Location Request. Please note, if all the notified member utilities have already responded to a Location Request, it will not be canceled. Instead, the Location Request will expire after 10 days due to not starting the job. If you do not have the following information and still wish to cancel a Location Request, please call 811 to speak to a Damage Prevention Representative.
